La agencia internacional de noticias, Reuters hizo públicas una serie de imágenes donde se muestra a ciudadanos venezolanos y colombianos que intentan cruzar la frontera luego del decreto de Estado de excepción anunciado por el presidente Nicolás Maduro. La leyenda es acompañada por unas declaraciones del mandatario colombiano, Juan Manuel Santos donde asegura que la gente más inocente es la más afectada con esta medida.
