Civiles armados fueron captados en la azotea de la sede del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de Chacao apuntando y disparando hacia la avenida donde se desarrollaba una manifestación opositora.
Videos divulgados en las redes sociales, además de las fotos de las agencias internacionales de noticias Reuters, AFP y EFE, muestran a estas personas apuntando hacia los manifestantes.
