Este lunes la venezolana  Yulimar Rojas destronó a la colombiana Caterine Ibargüen y se coronó la campeona del mundo en triple salto en el Mundial de Atletismo desarrollado en Londres.

Rojas, que había sido plata en los Juegos de Rio-2016 detrás de Ibargüen, se impuso con un mejor salto de 14,91 metros, dos centímetros más que su rival (14,89), mientras que el bronce fue para la kazaja Olga Rypakova (14,77).
