El papa Francisco se da su primer baño de multitudes en Colombia (+fotos)

El papa Francisco se dio hoy su primer baño de multitudes en Colombia en el recorrido de 15 kilómetros entre la base militar de Catam, en Bogotá, y la nunciatura apostólica, donde pernoctará las cuatro noches que esté en el país, reseñó EFE.

Nada más emprender el recorrido, Francisco saludó sonriente desde el papamóvil a los policías y demás miembros de los cuerpos de seguridad que estaban en la pista.





El vehículo blanco, precedido por decenas de policías en motocicletas, tomó luego la Avenida el Dorado, que comunica al aeropuerto con el centro de la ciudad, donde miles de personas lo saludaban con gritos, banderas y pañuelos blancos, y los más entusiastas corrían algunos metros detrás de la caravana para no perderse el momento.
